Bangle info

Determining the best size for a bangle can be troublesome, as what has to be taken into account is not just the wrist size, but more importantly the hand size. As a bangle is solid circle, is has to be able to be pushed over the widest part of your hand.

All my bangles and cuffs come in various size options from petite to extra large, but as everybody has different sized hands and wrists, occasionally these size options are not suitable. If you are unsure, and want to make sure you purchase the perfect sized bangle, follow these steps to measure yourself correctly.

Step 1 – close your fingers tightly, bringing your thumb and little finger together

Step 2 – using a tape measure (or a thin strip of long paper) measure around the middle of your hand at the widest point. It may be helpful to get someone to help you do this, especially if you are just using paper as they can help mark on the paper with a pen or pencil where the widest point is. If papers been used, measure the strip with a ruler, and this will give you the circumference of your hand.

Step 3 – compare your circumference measurement to the chart below.

If you get a measurement that doesn’t match the chart, call or email me, and I can make a bespoke sized bangle just for you, at no extra charge.

  •  If you do happen to order a bangle that doesn’t fit you, or the person you have bought it for, I am happy to replace, or if possible, resize the bangle free of charge plus standard royal mail recorded delivery postage cost.
